The case is the product.
Four parts, and they stay together. We don't sell them as separate tools, and we don't hide the model in a side panel.

Intake
Work arrives as mail, a PDF, a form, a photo from a yard, or a row in a system you already run. Inovasys turns that arrival into a case.
The documents stay on the case. They are not pasted into a chat and then lost.

Judgment
A model proposes the next step in the vocabulary of that case: short-close the line, ask for the missing page, escalate. It does not get to invent a policy.
The permission is a sentence a manager can read. Amounts, percentages, missing documents, and who must confirm are written down, and the model is bound by them.

Action
When the rule allows it, the platform writes back to the system of record. When the rule does not, the case waits in a person's queue with the proposal and the reason sitting on it.
Sending a message, moving money, or deleting a record never happens because a model felt confident.

Record
Every case keeps what was read, which rule fired, what the model proposed, who confirmed or overruled it, and what was written back.
A manager, an auditor, or a customer can be shown that trail without someone reconstructing it from logs.

What it will not do
It will not invent a rule you have not written. It will not hide a low-confidence guess inside a neat sentence. If a document is missing, the case waits. If two rules disagree, a person decides, and the disagreement is stored.
Pricing follows the work: the queues you put on the platform, and the systems we connect. We will tell you the number after we have seen the operation. A number before that is a guess.
