How we work
First we learn the queue.
An engagement is a period of sitting with the work, then putting a thin slice of it on the platform. We don't begin with a workshop and a slide.
01Sit with the queue
We watch long enough to name the cases, the documents, and the exceptions. We talk to the people who clear the queue, not only the people who buy software.
02Write the rules in sentences
Before a model is allowed to act, the permission is a sentence. “A shortage under 2% can be short-closed. Anything above waits for the yard lead.” That sentence is configuration, not a paragraph in a proposal.
03Connect what you already run
The platform does not ask you to move your system of record. It reads from it and writes back, with a named account and a log of every write.
04Run the first cases beside a person
The early cases are reviewed. We count the disagreements. When the disagreements have a pattern, we change the rule or the model, not the story we tell about it.
05Leave the sentences with you
Thresholds, queues, and who may confirm a case are editable by your team. Changing a sentence should not require a release, or a call to us.
If this is the shape of the work you have, write to us.
